Coaching

There are times in life when we feel discouraged by where we find ourselves.  Despite out best intentions, we look around and realise that we are not where we would like to be.  In these moments it is easy to feel as though we are personally lacking some necessary elements of success. One of the things we can do is to reframe our disappointment and channel our frustration in a more productive direction.

So where do you turn to when you feel unfulfilled, out of balance or stuck in the worldwind of life?  Talking through problems with others is often helpful but if you need a real shot of motivation, a Life Coach may well be the person who can help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.  Absolutely everyone could benefit in some way from having their own personal coach.

As such, life coaching is RESULTS ORIENTATED and SOLUTION FOCUSED.  Goals are quickly established with formulated action plans taking into account all the possible obstacles and ways to overcome them.   Whatever the issue, the focus of the coaching is always the client (coachee) and their agenda, but beware a Life Coach will challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone as you go through the process of defining and implementing the lifestyle changes you wish to make.
