Life/Communication Coaching Programme

Michelle Lazenby

"Being a life/communication coach and NLP Practitioner is a career three years ago I had never even dreamt possible."

"Participating in the coaching programme with Margaret Abraham was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  The tools that Margaret introduced me to opened up a new world.  I was introduced to new, positive ways to communicate with myself and others.  When I completed the programme I had learnt new skills to improve my life as well as techniques to coach others with improving theirs."

"I went to see Margaret to get some help with anxiety.  My anxiety was most acute when I attended meetings at work.  Under Margaret's expert guidance a great deal of emotion and mental baggage was uncovered.  Margaret's ability to go straight to the core of what appeared to me to be complex and impossible situation, was amazing.  She identified a behaviour pattern which I had been subconsciously running for many years.  Once identified we worked on this behaviour pattern using NLP and EFT.  EFT was something totally new to me and at first the tapping wasn't easy to get into.  However, I persevered and began to notice an improvement in my anxiety levels in meetings, and now ten months later I am a different person.  I have gone from dreading attending meetings to really enjoying them.  Tapping is something I regularly use now and I know that whatever situation I have to face, it will help me.

Margaret's support, encouragement and positivity is something I'll never forget and I would recommend her to anyone requiring NLP or EFT. "

"I have tried CBT several times during my childhood, and again a few years ago.  Although it works for some people, it didn't for me. Personally, I find working with EFT more suitable to help me with my anxiety, as it physically gives me  tools to work with during my anxious times."

Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Tehnique, or Gobbledegook! That's what I thought talking to myself.  Tapping and doing strange things, what had I got myself into.  Now I know it works for me it is a real life saver.  Whenever I was at the bottom of a dark hole which seemed to have no escape; for a long time I believed I was there to stay.  Then I met Margaret - not by accident, that I firmly know.  These days I am in a much better place and all because of "life coaching", and EFT.

Over the years I have had endless counselling which listens, listens, listens, and then more listening.  What is the point?  The negativity just stays inside you, in fact in my experience, the more you just talk about it, without any "tools", you haven't a hope in hell of moving on.   The "tools" that are talked so much about are really YOU and once you realise that there is no stopping you achieving what you want, being where you want, doing what you want, making your own choices, to me that is an amazing gift and the most precious thing one can give to another.

So hoorah for life, hooray for love of yourself, hoorah for acceptance of both.
